Supplementary straightening rolls increase the quality of straightening, in particular by upside down unwinding of sheets from coils. Upper rolls are adjustable either with valve - one by one or all together being kept in common adjustable holding - with powered or not powered positionning.
Stop marking free surface by RM MOP
Stop marks which could appear within the stops for cuts cannot be often with standard equipped quite avoided. Forstner has developed the straightening machine which neglects these stop marks. Programmable straightening machine RM MOP is being optional as alone standing unit or integrated in line. For this purpose especially developed software assure the opening and closing of upper straightening rolls.
