This multiple decoiling line includes:
- up to a maximum of eight powered decoilers AGa1m including pneumatic pressing arms DR-AGa and a hydraulic coil lift SHT
The powered decoilers AGa provide all advantages for efficient loading up to 5000 kgs. The expansion can either me manual or hydraulic. The pressing arm supports the one-man-operation.

The sheet metal guide lanes facilitate feeding the sheet into the powered coil-selector and prevents damage to the surface of the coils. The guide lanes can be powered or non-powered. The powered guide lanes are especially necessary for lines with more than 4 powered decoilers beside each other. Lines with 5 or more decoilers need powered guide lanes except the stackable version with 3x2 decoilers. The powered feeding rolls per guide lane help and support the first infeeding process for the operator.

The coil change-over from one color to another is a fully automatic function and can easily be done by one operator. Changing from one coil width to the other is also an automatic process with the help of the powered edge-guide MFA.
- programmable straightener RM-6 MOP
Not only the coil-selector is automatically controlled, but also the adjustment of the upper straightening shafts. Whenever a new coil is selected, the upper straightening shafts will be adjusted into a new position to ensure the straightening quality. The coil-set is eliminated. A special operating mode prevents start-stop-lines by the upper straightening shafts and increases the quality of the coil-line enormously. Even a single sheet can be produced without coil-set or marking of the material by the automatically adjusted upper shafts.

The heart of the line is the outstanding and unique slitter PSA with automatic knife adjustment and scrap prevention. All assembled knives are positioned in a short time and the upper knives are deactivated for cutting-to-length only or for scrap prevention.
- electric guillotine TS
Fast, burrless and precise cuts are achieved throughout the long life-time of this line. The coil is positioned and stops for shearing. The cutting process takes no longer than 1,5 seconds.
- PLC control SPS-F1
The control makes the operation of the line a pleasure. The advanced control SPS-F1 version is outstanding not only for reliability, flexibility and precision but especially for ease of operation and unbeatable results. Up to 99 different programs can be stored, each prescribing a particular coil number, length in mm (inches), width of the stripes in mm (inches) and quantity. Extras like optimal waste management, baseline cuts, reverse, timeclock and maintainance-due signals are standard. Options like diagonal-cutting, blade-inclination settings, scoring, notching, punching, a connecting link to a PC, teleservice and other subroutines can be supplied on request.
